Wish I had not stayed here.

Lift was broken. I notified the host who said they "notified the condominium." This is unacceptable. If I am paying $400+ to stay in a property I expect the host to visit and ensure all is in working order. The host was clueless. Let me tell you, host, the WORST quality is when the customer has to tell you that your product is busted. You should have known, fixed it, arranged to fix it, proactively contacted me to offer a cancellation, or refund. This unit is 5th floor, 4 flights on very narrow stairs. Any older couple with luggage will have significant struggle getting up and down. The unit should not be promoted until lift is fixed. Interestingly, the host stopped responding to me after I reminded them on second day that nobody was working to repair the lift and that it was still broken. SHAMEFUL BEHAVIOR. NOTE TO ANYONE CONSIDERING THIS PROPERTY - make sure the host guarantees the lift will work or you will be miserable here. Also, toilet is dismal, plan on having to flush over and over, or fish out the toilet paper. Balcony glass door does not lock, presenting security risks. The ONLY positive about the unit is the location. Everything else is average. I have been traveling in Europe 3 weeks and stayed in 5 properties. This experience the worst.
