Perfect location for a family celebration. 5 mins from a small shop and the bus to Puerto del Carmen or Playa Blanca. The house is great, well equipped with places to escape for a bit more quiet time if needed. There are plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms for everyone and the outside space is fantastic. The management team were absolutely superb, very helpful and accommodating. Really couldn't have asked for a better villa.
Could do with either more air con or more fans but it wasnt overly hot so we managed. Also a few more mirrors would have been great.

Really beautiful villa, stunning heated pool, very well equipped. Host waited to welcome us despite us being delayed by several hours. Lovely island, loads to do and all very close to the villa...caves, volcanos, beaches, nightlife. Highly recommended
Security check in process at the airport in Lanzarote was awful due to introduction of the new system, so people need to be prepared. We were delayed by 2 hours but other members of our party just by 20 minutes, so it must vary according to the time of day. Hopefully this will improve as the new system embeds

The villa was large. We were a family of 15 and there was more than enough room for us both in and outdoors. It is located in a quiet area, great for large groups like ours. It was brilliant to have the 5 bathrooms so no one felt on top of each other waiting to use! There is 2 kitchens although we only used the upstairs one as this was more central to all of us being together either in the lounge area or by the pool. All bedrooms are of a good size although the downstairs en-suite bedroom is massive with 2 double beds, although only one could be seen on the photo and description. Robbie, the host was very attentive and helpful. The villa was a great base to come back to of an evening and relax. I would certainly recommend.
There was nothing we didn’t like. The area itself is very quiet and to travel to more social areas I would recommend a hire car if you stay at this villa.
Lanzarote is very windy in the evening/nighttime so be ready for that and get your washing and towels off the line!

We recently stayed at this villa with a group of 15, and it was absolutely perfect for us! The property looked exactly like the photos—beautiful, spacious, and very well kept. It had all the amenities and little luxuries we could have asked for, including complimentary wine, beer, and water on arrival, which was a lovely touch.
The kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed to cook meals for the group, which made our stay even more comfortable. The villa is located in a nice, quiet neighborhood, and the price was very reasonable given the size and quality of the place.
Our host was incredibly accommodating and easy to reach whenever we had any questions or needs. They also provided great recommendations of things to do and places / restaurants to visit.
