Anything you need is within a 3 min walk.
Food, snacks, shopping, bus access, bike rental access, entertainment, parks, history, culture.
Nearby pushkin park has many community events happening and on weekends you can go learn to dance or work out.
Around the corner is an incredible al pastor taco eatery, and you have coffee, fresh bread, tamales, chilaquiles, and more!
One block away una also have two Oxxos where you can buy small groceries and drinks.
And I like that nearby you have a major bus stop that can get you to any train station and place in the city.
Washing machine is unbalanced. It makes a lot of noise when in the spin cycle and I always felt bad it may be disturbing the lower floor or the neighbors.
I know not many places have this but a screen on the window would have been nice so I can open the window to let the air out and not let mosquitoes in. It also seems to feed the spider that bit me a couple of times on the couch.

Communication with staff is wonderful, no issues. Everything at all needed is provided, extremely clean with newer appliances. Superb value for cost and excellent location. Wonderful experience from booking to check out.
Only bad thing is street noise from outside. Windows/doors to balcony in bedroom provide zero noise reduction. Very noisy.

It had a washing machine, and was reasonably spacious.
Plastic plates as if we were children. Nothing to boil water with. Super steep stairs on the last 2 flights to the 4th floor. Traffic noise was next level from the intersection about 50 metres away, until about 3am. Incessant communication from the Brickon team, to plan and book unique activities with their partners. No thanks.
