The location was great, and the property was clean and modern. The keyless self check-in and check-out process was seamless, allowing us to come and go effortlessly without needing to coordinate with reception.
While our overall stay was fine, a few points could be improved. I was a bit concerned after reading that someone previously had their laundry stolen from the laundry room. To be safe, we set an alarm for the cycle's end and waited nearby, so we didn't experience any issues, but it was still on our minds.
Regarding luggage storage, the "locker room" mentioned for post-checkout use does not actually have individual locking lockers. It is simply an open room where bags are left alongside everyone else's. Even though there are security cameras, knowing that laundry had previously been stolen from the laundry room made us wonder what would stop luggage from being taken as well, so we didn't feel comfortable leaving our bags there.
Additionally, the hand soap provided was quite drying. Lastly, the room felt on the smaller side and might feel cramped for 3–4 people; however, since we spent most of our time out exploring, it was manageable for us.

We didn't use the gym or breakfast as we were too busy but the gym was very close and looked good. There is a Lidl literally next door so it it very convenient. The train station and ferry were 15 minute walk, resturants were 5/10 mins the other way so it felt a good location. The room was clean, kitchen worked well and great bathroom. Bed was very comfy and the curtains were black out. Self service laundry on another floor was useful with soap provided.
Nothing.

Lovely small touches - gym membership, a canvas shopping bag, a teapot with a selection of teas!
Really easy independent check in.
The bathroom was a little bit small.
