Disappointment in the middle of the night
The property was clean. Owners were responding
EN: We booked this property for 3 adults and 1 child, and I followed all the booking steps correctly. I’m 100% sure about this because I took screenshots during the entire process to share with a friend.
However, when we arrived around 11 p.m., we discovered that one of the rooms was locked, and there were only two beds available. We immediately called the owner, who came a few minutes later. They told us that their system showed a booking for only 1 adult and 1 child, which is not what we selected.
We showed them our screenshots and even repeated the booking steps to demonstrate that the issue still appears the same way. We’re not sure whether this error was caused by Booking.com or by the property’s settings, but we were asked to pay extra for the additional room. Since it was already late at night, we agreed to pay a reduced amount to settle the situation.
The next morning, I woke up early to take a shower — but there was no hot water. The owners were only able to fix the problem in the afternoon.

Als wir jedoch gegen 23:00 Uhr ankamen, stellten wir fest, dass eines der Zimmer abgeschlossen war und nur zwei Betten zur Verfügung standen. Wir riefen sofort den Eigentümer an, der einige Minuten später kam. Er teilte uns mit, dass in seinem System die Buchung nur für 1 Erwachsenen und 1 Kind angezeigt wurde – was nicht unserer Buchung entspricht.
Wir zeigten ihm unsere Screenshots und wiederholten die Buchungsschritte, um zu demonstrieren, dass der Fehler weiterhin besteht. Wir wissen nicht, ob das Problem durch Booking.com oder durch die Einstellungen der Unterkunft verursacht wurde. Dennoch wurden wir gebeten, für das zusätzliche Zimmer extra zu zahlen. Da es bereits sehr spät war, einigten wir uns auf einen reduziert
