Worst stay EVER
The location is good, very close to the mall. Rooms are spacious.
The apartment is very dirty and dusty everywhere when we arrived. There was still snack crumbs on the sofa and any wipes on the furniture comes back with lots of black dust on the wet wipes. The amenities are super old, some are so dirty with lots of stain, such as the bathroom rugs and the kitchen rug. Cleaning equipments was also left hanging outside next to the entrance door.
Also, the booking was done on Travelio but the property provider asked us to relocate to Whatsapp and their application Travelio. The communication process is tedious as check in and check out method are not well-written anywhere and so are the instructions on how to use the apartment, such as trash takeout, wifi (they didn't have the wifi ready and had to bring in the modem late at night after we requested, and arrived 45 mins late, which made us wait and delay our schedule for them to come in). Minimum amenities such as shampoo, conditioner, hair dryer are not mentioned anywhere. We eneded up borrowing stuffs from our family throughout the stay.
We always have to reach out to their team on Whatsapp and the customer verification process is tedious.
Overall, the whole customer service is us chasing them for stay info and minimum amenities. The apartment is pretty much in a bad state and the owner/manager seems having given up on maintaining the place.
Don't EVER BOOK anything with Travelio in the title.
