A very disappointing stay with poor service, cleanliness, and maintenance.

Location is good

Unfortunately, this was one of the worst hotel experiences I have had. Customer service was very poor and difficult to reach when we needed assistance. The access code for the room door kept changing and repeatedly failed to work. At one point, my son was sick and we were unable to enter the room because the code was not working, with no available staff to assist us promptly. Before travelling, I contacted the property specifically to ask whether an iron was available in the room and was told that there was one. However, when we arrived, there was no iron. I contacted them several times and had to wait almost an entire day. The iron was only delivered the following day, which wasted a significant amount of my time. The cleanliness and maintenance were also very disappointing. The bathrooms were not properly clean, some of the furniture was broken, and I noticed insects on the floor. The apartment clearly needs much better maintenance and attention. There were also no disposable slippers and no clothes hangers available, which are basic items I would normally expect from hotel accommodation. Overall, the property was poorly maintained, the service was unreliable, and the information provided to me before arrival was not accurate. The experience caused unnecessary stress and inconvenience throughout my stay, and I would not choose to stay here again.
