An excellent location with great accommodation and views - highly recommend this as an option in Tivoli.

The apartment is spacious, well-equipped (including AC, a large fridge & a coffee machine), well-located and with a superb view over the gorge behind it. Two bedrooms and two bathrooms. The host was incredibly friendly and responsive. She speaks excellent English and also went out of her way to organise dropping me and my luggage at the station.

It was very hot when I was there. There is no AC in the bedrooms, and as I was alone, I could leave the door open to cool the bedroom. This might be a problem in some circumstances.

A perfect stay in a beautiful apartment with a fantastic host and stunning views.

Everything about our stay was excellent. The apartment was beautiful, spotlessly clean, and had an amazing view. The location was perfect, with everything we needed nearby. The host was incredibly kind, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay and would happily return in the future.

Nothing – everything exceeded our expectations.

A wonderful place to stay in Tivoli.

This has to be the best apartment we have ever stayed in during our many tours around Italy. The location is just perfection and is an easy 100m walk from an excellent (covered) car park. The accommodation is just as you see in the description, except it is actually more spacious than it appears and is meticulously clean. All of the facilities are just perfect for a comfortable stay including the highlight of a balcony overlooking the Villa Gregoriana and the Roman temples. The very comfortable en-suite bedrooms guarantee a good night's sleep. The A/C is excellent and helps provide a cool oasis to return to on a steamy Tivoli afternoon. Having stayed here once,. we plan to return.

We liked everything about the accommodation, so there are no negative points to make.
