Cozy and stylish apartment in the great building close to city center with own parking spot

Modern eingerichtete Wohnung und privater Parkplatz.

Als wir am Sonntag nach knapp acht Stunden Autofahrt ankamen, mussten wir leider feststellen, dass das Apartment alles andere als sauber war. Weder der Mülleimer in der Küche noch der im Badezimmer waren geleert worden. Darin befanden sich noch Essensreste und Toilettenpapier der vorherigen Gäste. Auch die Bettwäsche war offensichtlich nicht sauber: Die Laken waren voller Flecken und schwarzer Haare. Im Badezimmer lagen noch die benutzten Handtücher unserer Vorgänger, und im Waschbecken befanden sich Zahnpastareste. Ein weiterer großer Minuspunkt war die extrem laute Lage der Unterkunft. Aufgrund des permanenten Lärms war es für uns praktisch nicht möglich, die Fenster zu öffnen. Gerade wenn man nach einem langen Tag Ruhe sucht oder nachts lüften möchte, ist das äußerst unangenehm und hat unseren Aufenthalt zusätzlich beeinträchtigt. Natürlich hätten wir den Zustand direkt melden können. Unsere Woche war jedoch aufgrund von Prüfungen bereits komplett durchgeplant, und nach der langen Anreise wollten wir schlicht etwas Ruhe haben und uns nicht auch noch um die Reinigung des Apartments kümmern müssen. Am Ende unseres Aufenthalts haben wir den Vermieter über den vorgefundenen Zustand informiert und ihm auch entsprechende Fotos geschickt. Nach drei Tagen Wartezeit erhielten wir eine Entschuldigung und das Angebot einer Entschädigung von 30 Euro. Für ein Apartment dieser Preisklasse und angesichts der erheblichen hygienischen Mängel empfinden wir diesen Betrag als völlig unangemessen. Mittlerweile waren wir bereits 16-mal in Chemnitz und haben in verschiedenen Unterkünften übernachtet. Probleme dieser Art und in diesem Ausmaß hatten wir bisher noch nie.

Die Wohnung ist zentral gelegen. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Bäckereien sind in der Nähe. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet und bietet ausreichend Platz zum Frühstücken.
