False Advertising and a complete rip off.
The location of the hotel was fantastic, close to everything.
The room was in very poor condition. There were visible stains on the sheets, and the mattress was torn. The air conditioning was extremely weak and failed to properly cool the room, while the air vent was completely covered in dust, which raised concerns about cleanliness and maintenance.
Access and facilities were also frustrating. Only one key card was provided, and it was required to activate the lights. This made it highly inconvenient for a group of four—if one person left the room, the others were left without lighting, forcing them to use the bathroom or move around in the dark. Additionally,the one card also wasn’t functioning properly which caused us to be stuck in the lift and outside our room on multiple occasions.
The bathroom was unacceptable, with mould covering the ceiling, indicating a lack of proper cleaning and upkeep. The second bed was extremely uncomfortable comparable to sleeping on springs and several power outlets on the back wall were not working, limiting basic functionality.
The amenities advertised were misleading. A pool was listed as available, yet it has reportedly been closed for over six years, which constitutes false advertising. Similarly, describing the room as having a “kitchenette” is inaccurate; a microwave and kettle alone do not meet reasonable expectations of that term.
Overall, the condition of the room and the inaccurate advertising fell far below acceptable standards and significantly impacted the stay.

Do not stay here! This accomodation is a scam. It is falsely advertised as a mantra hotel room to which it is not! Upon arrival we had to pick up our keys from a local servo which was shady in itself. Once we arrived in the room it was apparent that this place had not been cleaned. There were stains everywhere, on lamps and on the curtains and bedsheets. There was a rip in the curtains and hairs IN the bedsheets. It was feral. There was a bandaid on the balcony and a stain on the balcony table. There is mold on the bathroom roof and sticky bathroom floors. It resembled a crack house. Upon seeing all this we tried contacting the owners to which we received no response of course. They know what they are doing by scamming people out of their money and falsely advertising this accomodation. We then contacted booking.com to which we were told by a customer service representative that we would receive a full refund within 7 to 10 days. Later that week we received an email stating that we were receiving Booking.com credit which did not even begin to cover the cost of this room. We contacted booking.com to which we were told by another representative that we would not be receiving a full refund. This is beyond a joke on Booking.coms part. We had reported the property with full evidence and so we should have received a full refund. They told us that we must contact the owners, which we did and were hung up on. Regardless, we reported the property. Save your time and money and do not stay here!

During our trip, we were shocked to discover that the property — which had been advertised as an Airbnb-style accommodation — was, in reality, a standard hotel room. This critical detail was never disclosed in the listing, raising serious concerns about the legality and transparency of the arrangement.
The listing also claimed that the room included a kitchen. However, we found only a microwave and a kettle — no stovetop, no cooking utensils, and no proper sink for clean water. We were expected to drink from the bathroom tap, which was both unhygienic and unacceptable. Because we had budgeted and planned to prepare meals ourselves, this false claim significantly increased our food expenses and disrupted our stay.
To make things worse, the heating in the room was completely non-functional. My friend was running a fever during our stay, and the lack of heating made the environment uncomfortable and unsuitable for recovery. The bathroom was also in an unsanitary state, and the owner informed us that there were no additional amenities available — not even basic items like extra pillows — which are standard in any properly equipped accommodation.
Most distressingly, the bathroom featured a design that allowed visibility into the shower area from within the room. As two young women traveling alone, this was a gross violation of our privacy and made us feel unsafe and deeply uncomfortable.
Throughout our stay, I made at least three separate hour-long phone calls to Booking.com customer support, desperately trying to receive help, request compensation, or be relocated to a more suitable accommodation. Each time, I was met with no meaningful support, no alternative options, and no resolution. The complete lack of assistance from your platform during such a stressful situation was deeply disappointing and unprofessional.
