A wonderful break, spoilt by a lack of hot water and dreadful customer service!

Well appointed & in a good location for the Jardi del Turia, the marina, northern beaches & the area round the Oceanographic.

Sadly the stay was badly spoilt by the lack of hot water! The hosts suggested that an issue with the boiler would be fixed in a few hours... the reality was that we only had hot water for an evening & the following morning. Worse in some ways was the total lack of response or apology from the hosts after the initial communication. As owners of a BnB we were very surprised by the exceedingly poor customer service we received. To return from a day on the beach and swimming in the sea & not to be able to shower was, to say the least, a major inconvenience!

Our overall stay was perfect! We will definitely be back and we will rent the place again.

We liked how comfy and luxurious the flat is. It is near the bus station going to the old town. It's also near the La Malvarrosa. It's between the old town and La Malvarrosa so the location is really perfect.

Thoroughly enjoyed our visit to Valencia. The property was ideal for a short stay

Well equipped and comfortable. Good location for the beach and Ciudad de las Artes y las Ciencias.

The blind in the living area was broken and had been prior to our stay. A technician came to repair the blind during our stay. Unfortunately he was unable to repair and left the blind in a closed position which meant the rest of our stay was in darkness.
