I liked the safety of getting in and out of the building as well as the proximity to a parking garage. I also liked the living room and kitchen set up, means no eating in the bed.
There were some crumbs and items(Bobby pins, etc) left around the place that made it not seem as deeply cleaned. We also booked a stay for 2 guests and there was only a towel set for 1. We were also right across from the trash chute which meant we heard everyone getting rid of their trash.

The apartment was spacious and clean. Really nice kitchen as well along with a main bathroom and a smaller one which was handy. Rooftop area was beautiful and had amazing views. Lots of room in the closet areas for luggage etc. and even had laundry pods and everything for you to wash clothes if needed.
I arranged to check in at 3pm when messaged on booking.com. I then get there and the code didn’t work so I had to spend like 15 minutes on the phone with someone to get a new code to get into the apartment. There is no actually cozy suite personnel there, it’s all over phone, so it was a bit annoying not having someone there we could talk to if needed. They only provided two pillows as well and they were pretty crap.

There was a huge amount of noise disturbance caused by a high-pitched whistling sound. The continuous noise made it impossible for us to sleep in the apartment. After a lot of hassle, we fortunately got a different room for the second night, but the annoying noise could be heard there as well. In addition, the wifi wasn't working.
