Location is excellent! The free parking is a real bonus! Easy to access all that Whitby has to offer. The apartment was very spacious more than enough room for our family of 4. The little touches such as bubble bath, shower gel and toilet roll in the bathrooms and tea bags, coffee, sugar and milk in the kitchen were really nice. They had also left washing up liquid and a sponge too. The rooms are basic but clean and are more than adequate as a home base for exploring Whitby. We would definitely return. The children loved that there was a bath and made full use of it!
WiFi being on the tv meant it didn’t always work however phone signal was strong in the building meaning would could access internet that way.

It was roomy, clean and in an excellent central location
The hot water of the shower is affected by the water use in the sink in the kitchen

Great location, good decor, comfy bed, lovely and warm, good wifi, helpful staff,
Not so clean in places, cobwebs, hair in bathroom, black mould in bathroom, dirty cutlery, supposed to be for two people, no dinner plates, only one side plate, no spatula or flipper for egg frying, no oven gloves, only two dinner knives, parking very difficult
