to get to the property was a winding road and is approx 15 min the airport. The view was amazing. The apartments very bright, new and modern, clean, really I have never been is such a clean place. Shared living room and kitchen, washer available and you share with 2 other rooms. All 3 rooms have private ensuite. Overall I would recommend this property with 10 thumbs up.

The house was very clean, exceptionally equipped for laundry and cooking, the AC was very efficient. The view - unbeatable.
Bonus points for communication. I only asked the property rep if the fan is nit working in the bathroom. One hour later i received a message from the owner with appologies and next steps. Second day on our return from our hike we already had a new fan installed. I mean.... what more can one ask?!
Getting there can be a bit tricky at first as it is located on top of the hill. But the view makes it a minor inconvenient. Having a car is mandatory. Otherwise it can take you 45 mins to get to the bottom of the hill. It is Madeira after all. ;)

die aussicht, ausstattung, gastgebererreichbarkeit, großzügige räume, alles perfekt, die küche ist ein traum. alles da was man braucht, wir haben immer selber gekocht....
die zufahrt ist nicht ideal für fahranfänger, aber was will man.... ist eben Madeira,
Vorher haben wir detailierte info bekommen wegen parkplätzen,... alles TOP

Die Unterkunft war toll! Die Ausstattung in der Küche war gut. Es gab sowohl eine Spülmaschine als auch eine Waschmaschine. Die Atmosphäre ist sehr gemütlich und die Unterkunft mit Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet.
Die Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber war sehr nett und unkompliziert:)
