Adiya Signature Hotel - Adults only

Everything! From the moment we arrived, the hospitality was truly exceptional. We arrived before check-in, and the staff immediately prioritized preparing our room, stored our luggage, and welcomed us with complimentary drinks on their beautiful patio. What impressed us most was how warmly they treated my husband’s parents, who were traveling with us but staying at another hotel because Adiya was fully booked. Despite not being guests, they were treated like family! The staff arranged a water taxi for all four of us to our dinner reservation, personally escorted us to the pickup location, and arranged transportation for our boat tour the following morning. Our room was beautifully appointed, with an incredibly comfortable bed and breathtaking views of the bay. The complimentary minibar and room service were lovely touches, and breakfast was wonderful, with an excellent selection and freshly prepared menu options. We were celebrating our anniversary, and they made our stay feel incredibly special. Every detail was thoughtful, and the service was impeccable without ever feeling forced. What truly stayed with us was something the staff said at checkout: “Once a guest, always a guest.” They encouraged us to reach out anytime we needed assistance or recommendations, even after leaving. That perfectly captures the genuine warmth and hospitality we experienced. An absolutely unforgettable stay!

Absolutely nothing! Our only regret was not staying longer. Everything exceeded our expectations, and we genuinely couldn’t have asked for a better experience.

Breakfast was awsome. They also offered 50% on cocktails unfortunately didn't take advantage of that. Extremely helpful in organising transport as well.

Nothing much, perhaps slightly far away from the centre of Tivat but on the waterfront which makes it increadible for summer.

We loved our stay at Adiya. The staff were exceptional. Vukasin was amazing at the front desk. He provided recommendations for restaurants in the area. He assisted in getting us a taxi to take us to dinner. When one of our tours got cancelled at the last minute, Vukasin found a private boat tour for us to replace our cancelled tour. Lucas was helpful with drinks and always had a smile on his face. Angela was a great barista. The hot breakfast was quite nice - especially the egg dishes. Our room was very spacious, quiet and well appointed. The view of the bay on the terrace was also quite nice. The parking was great - it is at a premium in this area of Montenegro. I would definitely recommend this hotel if you are in the Kotor / Perast area.

We were on the top floor - the stairs were ok for us, but might be a problem for some guests.

Fabulous property! The rooms are very clean, comfortable and have nice touches. The pool is immaculate. The breakfast is sensational (tiramisu French toast and eggs Benedict two of note). And the staff is exceptional - they genuinely want to help and make your stay better. Vukasin at the front desk went out of his way numerous times to help and make reservations/recommendations for us, Lukas mixes up truly delicious cocktails and is an excellent waiter as well, the manager, Jakov, walked us to our boat pick up spot and stayed with us until we boarded (!), Mia at the front desk was another standout with her beautiful smile and helpful manner. …..best hotel staff we’ve ever encountered!

Nothing!
