The house was spacious, clean, well equipped with required kitchen and bathroom/bedroom items, and a wonderful value. We also appreciated the more modern light switches and easy-to-use air conditioner control board on the wall. This is a perfect rental for families needing 3 bedrooms in a safe location and central to many sights in the area.
I had to reset the wifi since there was no signal. The wifi router box was not visible in the main rooms, but I found it hidden in a linen closet in a hallway off the main living room. Without the wifi, our cellphones and the projector streaming channels did not work. However, I found the router box, reset it, and everything worked. We would recommend a few more towel hangers in each bathroom. We also recommend that you only leave out the two controllers needed to operate the projector and volume/streaming; the other controllers did not work as their equipment was in a cabinet. These are minor issues, and we loved the house and our stay there.

The property was clean, made the house feel like home.
The legs on the chairs in the dining room were all loose.

The property was well located with plenty of stores and things to do around the area. The house was very cozy and comfortable. The backyard fire pit was a very nice touch. Having a laundry room on site was very helpful.

The location was centrally located for all of our wedding events with family members that we had to attend to. Also very easy access to get to in the Long Beach area. The beds were excellent. The backyard patio was amazing being able to drink coffee in the morning in a nice warm area of the patio
