Great location, good facilities, large accommodation, well equipped. Lovely garden. Great dog walks. And kind leaving crisps and cookies as a welcome gift. Would reccomend The Dragon pub in the Village.
The lower floor and utility room had a strong musty smell on arrival and it didn't disappear.I think it must be in the flooring and could do with a deep clean and airing out. Our ground floor room had cobwebs behind the door and areas of the house need tidying up and maintaining a little more, including the front door. But saying that it was a good stay. 2nd and 3rd floors were clean and tidy and was great for our trip to Derby.

The host was amazing , quickly responsive to our needs and went out of his way repeatedly to cater to us. I loved the separate washer dryer and all of the amenities provided in the well equipped home. The decor was particularly nice and living areas very comfortable. The fans in the bedrooms were a nice touch for added comfort. It was a clear a lot of thought went in to making it an exceptional property for guests.
It was all amazing

Good location, comfortable rooms.
Some of the lights were a bit dark, especially in the downstairs bedroom
