A FUIR ... ABOMINABLE

Nous n avons pu sejourner dans cet etablissement car soit disant il y a eu une double reservation sur nos dates Du coup appel de l etablissement la veille a 18h30 pour nous annoncer que le logement etait deja occupé. Heureusement que la femme de menage a constaté la problematique et a prevenu la reception sinon l hotel n aurait rien remarqué.... HONTEUX . Je precise egalement --》 Reservation faite en mai 2026 pour un sejour en septembre 2026 Motif : Double reservation . Tu parles nous avons reservé qu une nuitee et les autres touristes ont reservé plusieurs jours . Forcement on est mis au placard ...mais bien sur on vous racontera des histoires de double reservation faute booking . C etait à nous de ́nous debroiiller de retrouver un hotel en urgence. A commencé alors un match de ping pong entre booking et l hotel qui devait nous heberger . Chacun se renvoyait la balle et au final on a ete obligé de se debrouiller seul. HONTEUX HONTEUX HONTEUX Surtout que nous avons appris le lendemain ,par notre nouvel hote ,en arrivant dans l hotel que nous avons reservé en urgence que d apres la charte booking c est aux hoteliers en cas de probleme de trouver un logement urgence et NON a booking. Donc l etablissement de CORTE devait nous retrouver un logement !!!! Biensur impossible de les recontacter malgre nos messages laissés sur leur repondeur. Bref cet etablissement est a fuir car en cas de probleme ils jouent la politique de l autruche. On assume ses responsabilités jusqu au bout !!!!!!!

La facilité d'accès avec la boîte à clés. Les équipements modernes, confort du lit. Place de parking. WiFi. Bouteille d'eau dans frigo.

Endroit proche d'une rue passante, donc bruyant. RDC: les gens passent devant la fenêtre principale. Pas de balcon. Un peu de route à pied pour arriver dans le vieux Corté.
