LA CASA DE LOS HORRORES

bonitas vistas

Todo..es una vivienda sin mantenimiento por lo que hace la estancia una pesadilla. No funcionaban casi ningún interruptor de luz por lo que algunos no podían apagarse y otros encenderse, ni las persianas eléctricas por lo que algunas no se podían bajar haciendo imposible el descanso, la nevera nunca funcionó, la TV no funcionaba hasta que mandaron un técnico al día siguiente, el AC de la terraza nunca funcionó y en el dormitorio principal no existe (las consolas que se ven en las fotos son mero atrezo) la cocina no tenía gas, no había microondas, estaba sucio...una experiencia horrible. La persona de contacto tenía empeño en ayudar y envío técnicos durante días pero no son conscientes que eso debe ser una gestión previa a la llegada de huéspedes porque no hay derecho a que estemos varias mañanas enteras pendientes de electricistas, fontaneros, limpiadores, etc etc en vez de disfrutando de nuestro viaje. Tras varios días intentando solucionar los problemas en vez de disfrutar de los días previos a nuestra boda, las persianas, la nevera y el AC nunca fueron reparados, nunca trajeron un cazo (solicitado reiteradamente) para que pudiéramos calentar leche y tomar cafe (ya que no había microondas), y nunca solucionaron problemas de luces que no podíamos apagar ni persianas que no funcionaban....un desastre. Lo peor de todo, es que la madrugada del 2 día de estancia reventó una tubería (un latiguillo tras el mueble del lavabo y me imagino q por los años de desuso y mantenimiento) del baño a las 2:40 de la madrugada mientras dormíamos que inundó toda la vivienda...fue surrealista...subieron personal de vigilancia de la urbanización a intentar encontrar la llave de corte general sin existo durante 30 minutos de inundaciones hasta que un señor de mantenimiento localizó la llave de corte en el sótano del edificio (en la vivienda no tienen) por lo que estuvimos recogiendo agua (llegó hasta los ascensores del edificio) durante horas...pueden imaginar nuestras vacaciones??? .

le rapport qualité prix était imbattable, nous étions 3 ce qui est revenu à 30 euros par personne et par nuit, jamais vu pour un appart vu mer :)

la propreté laisse à désirer, les taies d’oreiller et les serviettes n’étaient pas toutes propres. mais le logement en lui même a été nettoyé (vaisselle et sol propre)
