Nice place for a weekend getaway in great location.

clear instructions and good communication. Nice property in good location.

We had a deal that we would get a late check-out at 2pm but a cleaner came into the house around 1pm. Fortunately he did wait for us to leave. Some of the cleaning instructions seemed a bit too much but not overbearing.

Clean, bright and comfortable accommodation near the university

Bright and comfortable apartment. Good location; in walking distance of train station and university. Jere was accommodating and negotiated an early check-in for us.

No complaints.

Disappointing

The only positive was the quiet central location.

Unfortunately, our stay was extremely disappointing. The apartment was in an unacceptable state of cleanliness. Under the bed, we found piles of dust and actual animal stool. The small TV stand/wardrobe had a dry brown spill, and the extra bedsheet stored inside was wrinkled, unfolded, and not ironed. The bed sheets and towels were also wrinkled and appeared used, giving the impression that they hadn’t been freshly cleaned. There were small stains on the floor, and the desk (though unused) was dusty—reflecting the overall lack of cleaning. To make things worse, there were dirty hotel-style slippers left for us, with black hair on them. Absolutely unhygienic and disgusting. There was no shower curtain in the bathroom, making showers messy and inconvenient. The kitchen was poorly equipped with very few pots and pans, and even the extractor fan above the stove was dusty. Communication was prompt, but being offered just €25 as compensation for the terrible condition of the apartment was disappointing and honestly insulting. It truly felt like the cleaning team hadn’t been there in months.

10 / 10Outstanding·Oct 2026

Mainio sijainti, siisti huoneisto, erittäin toimiva yhden yön majoitukseen.

Astioiden kuivauskaappi ja astiapyyhe puuttuvat, mikä on hieman hankalaa.

9 / 10Outstanding·Oct 2026

Näppärä pieni asunto hyvällä sijainnilla keskustan tuntumassa. Soveltui hyvin yhden yön majoitukseen. Myös vauvan kanssa helppo, oma matkapinnasänky mahtui hyvin asuntoon.

Kadulta kuului jonkin verran liikenteen melua asuntoon.

10 / 10Outstanding·Sep 2026

Asunto oli omiin tarpeisiini juuri sopiva. Yhteydenpito oli ennakoivaa. Avaimen löysi helposti ja ohjeet olivat selkeästi esillä. Asunto oli hyvin siistissä kunnossa.

10 / 10Outstanding·Jul 2026

Asunnon väritys oli miellyttävä. Sänky oli erityisen hyvälaatuinen. Viikonlopun vierailuun sopivat fasiliteetit.
