Had stressful time there
Sine my check in until my check out, during my whole stay for a week the staff didn't provide the access card for the building entrance and for the pool entrance, both doors have electronic locks. So I couldn't use the pool and EVERY time I went out and inside the building I had to explain who I am, why I want to enter, show my documents, ask people at the reception to open the door for me and explain that it's not my fault that I don't have the access card. By the way people at the reception changed every few hours. I called to the owners assistants, I call booking support, I wrote messages many, many times every day asking for the simple thing: the access card, which should be provided by default during the check in. Every time I called, I spoke to a different person and had to explain the problem over and over again, they ignored me completely, their answer in messages was repeatedly: we will CHECK the info for you. How many days needed TO CHECK the info? And how many years it would take them to SOLVE the problem and to propose the SOLUTION... I never write reviews, but this time made me. I have a terrible feeling of them taking my money and ignoring me after this.
