Excellent staff, really nice bathroom.
Room was small, lacked a closet, place to put luggage, chairs, desk.

Absolutely love the location! The hotel is beautifully decorated. Service was phenomenal.
Our check-in got very complicated. When I called to change the date, it was quickly resolved. However, I suddenly received two different confirmations. And trying to get a hold of someone took me seven hours. Not ideal. Especially when you’re paying. Such good money for a place. That was disappointing. I would’ve appreciated a discount or something to make up for all the trouble.

Fabulous bar and staff. Great location
King room was tiny. No decent chair to sit in, no usb/ plugs on one side of bed, no towel bars, no make up mirror, no tubes unless you ask. Never been in a "boutique" hotel that does not have robes. With 6 hours out of the room, they did not make it up. Complained and they did at dinner time.
