Good stay

Great location and very helpful hosts.

The shower flooded the floor. It was difficult to figure out the stovetop

Overpriced & damp

Location was very good. Kitchen appliances and furniture was also nice.

Overpriced. The room was located in a ground floor and it was damp and had plenty of mould on one of the walls. The bathroom mirror was badly installed and pointed towards the floor. Also, after paying €125 per night I would not have expected to have to take out the trash myself.

central but bad value, it’s a moist basement

-very central location (though next to playground) -new and equipped with dishwasher and washing machine -easy to access with key box outside -responsive host via WhatsApp and on booking

-only one dishwasher tabs but no sponge to do the dishes with, no laundry detergent for the washing machine, nor any other cleaning supplies -the pan was burnt and dirty -extremely moist studio on the ground floor (it’s basically a basement), not possible to dry any clothes inside and all towels smell moist -no sunlight, one small window without possibility to see outside -shower overflows into the bathroom as the door doesn’t fit/close properly -low insulation, everything from the studio next door can be heard (conversations, washing machine and the TV which seems to be against the wall of the bed..). -the electrical fuse box makes a loud humming noise, unable to sleep with it and quite unsettling as this could imply a more serious electric issue and fire risk. To sleep we switched off the electric breaker, but then the emergency light stays on (and you won’t have any hot water for some hours after turning it on again in the morning) -the ventilation in the bathroom has a separate switch, but if you make a mistake and flip it, the ventilation will stay on anywhere between 15-30minutes and make a loud noise -no closet, only 5 hangers and drawer under the bed, no place to open the suitcase on the floor -there is no free parking near the house, only a drop off zone. It would be good to provide a residents parking pass. There is expensive paid parking in the town. Or there is a free parking in Indaux,an industrial area, a 15min walk away (though the path is very rocky, like a hike and not adapted for elderly or luggage). -despite the central location not good value for the price as you’re staying in a basement (we paid over 150€/night!)
