Overall, these issues significantly disrupted our comfort and safety throughout the stay and fell well short of what was

The location was really good and near to everything.

Unfortunately, our stay was marred by a number of significant issues, many of which were reported during our stay but never resolved: 1. Air Conditioning – The AC unit was not working, making the rooms uncomfortably warm throughout the stay. 2. Wi-Fi – Coverage was inconsistent throughout the property, with frequent disconnections that made it difficult to work or stream reliably. 3. Pool Access – The most-used section of the pool was non-functional, and the pool was automatically shut off every evening — exactly when it was needed most. Our repeated requests to have it turned back on were declined each time. 4. Furniture & Amenities – Multiple pieces of furniture were broken, the sofa was visibly dirty, and the bathroom had an active leak. The refrigerator’s ice maker did not work, the water bottle dispenser was non-functional, and the coffee maker was low-quality and had an unpleasant odor. 5. Pest Issues – Lizards were present throughout the property, including inside the house, which was unsanitary and unsettling. 6. Misrepresented Bedroom Count – The listing advertised a 4-bedroom apartment, but in reality it is a 3-bedroom unit. The “4th bedroom” was a converted study with a single bed in a cramped, poorly ventilated room — this is a clear misrepresentation of the listing. 7. Staircase Safety Hazard – The staircase was narrow, steep, and felt unsafe to use, posing a genuine fall risk for guests. 8. Upstairs Bedrooms – The two upper-level bedrooms were notably small and remained uncomfortably hot throughout the stay, likely due to poor insulation and the non-functioning AC.

Not do magnificent villa

Location was great for getting to all the tourist spots in and around Miami including the airport.

Property was not clean & there was a smell which got worse as week went on We found crumbs in the fridge & hairs in utensil drawers . .Sliding door on upstairs bathroom couldn't close. Reported on Sat we arrived . Eventually replaced with an ordinary door on Wed . Glass door into downstairs bedroom which made privacy in that bedroom difficult....you could see bed, shower & toilet clearly from main hall of the property where pool table is located. We hung a towel over the door . Also second bedroom adjoining main bedroom connected by 2 opaque glass sliding doors. Could be awkward when sharing with others . Communication with property owner prior to stay was dreadful. Spa pool was not able to be used dedpite being listed as a feature of the property. . Pool deck area was very tired & in need of tlc. No cushions for sun loungers . Broken patio furniture. We checked out 4 days early !!!

Beautiful old house with many charming architectural details, located in a quiet neighborhood with easy access to I-95. The pool was also a positive surprise, as it was genuinely deep and enjoyable. Unfortunately, the property was poorly maintained and not clean upon arrival. We found dog poop by the pool, oil dripping from the range hood onto the stovetop, dirty kitchen surfaces and floors, dirty disches, piles of trash bags next to the grill, uneaten food on sofa and dog hair throughout the house despite pets not being allowed. Several advertised amenities were broken, including games shown in the listing photos.

Many essential facilities were not functioning properly. None of the three showers were fully usable when we arrived, bathroom faucet did not work, the kitchen faucet was broken, and neither of the two ovens was operational. Communication with the hosts was extremely disappointing. After requesting copies of our passports immediately following payment, they stopped responding to messages entirely. Even Booking.com customer service was unable to reach them. Upon arrival, we received a message threatening a $1,000 fine and immediate eviction for parties or excessive noise, despite the hosts knowing we were traveling as a family with children. This made us genuinely concerned about our stay. At this point we requested change of accommodation from Booking.com customer service and full refund, but it never happened. A repair technician spent most of the following day at the property fixing some issues, which significantly disrupted our vacation. While a few problems were addressed, many remained unresolved for the duration of our stay. We paid over $2,000 for three nights and ultimately stayed in a property that was dirty, poorly maintained, and only partially functional. Booking.com provided a small 10% credit, but the hosts offered no compensation and never communicated with us.

Ihanat tilat, hyvät sängyt ja mukava allasalue /piha. Hyvä, että auton sai pihaan. Biljardipöytä plussaa ja upeat keittiötilat!

Lattia oli aika likainen ja toista suihkua ei oikein osattu käyttää. Emme saaneet myöskään mitään ilmoitusta puurarhureista, jotka tulivat isolla joukolla pihaan ja isolla metelillä tekemään pihalle trimmausta sekä lehtipuhaltimella mökäämään.
