Friendly Front Desk staff, the General Manager, their Chef and almost every other staff member including their Security staff was polite and Customer centric …
Fairly new Property and hence everything looked neat & clean - very spacious rooms with most of them Pool viewed having a balcony - so it was great.
They are having a new team I suppose and they are trying to learn things - their training is very important and management to ensure it is done asap

Location is excellent.
Restaurants should have more staff for service although staff were courteous

The property being comparitively new, has an attractive facade - still surrounding areas need to be done up for an even better layout,
There was a problem with the wash basin in our toilet so water would leak on to the platform below the basin. Some water leakage was in the dining area also. A child slipped and fell there- luckily no injuries- then the staff got into action to make the floor dry. These minor issues can be taken care of as they are like teething problems of a new property- whether home or hotel.
