I upgraded to a single room and the bed was much more comfortable on my second stay. I returned because of the Host, he was like a grumpy Santa, who actually was very caring. One day after a late night of Georgian wine, I didn't wake up until 11:30am- At 12 he still made me an omelet even though breakfast closed at 9am. That was so sweet and really made me feel taken care of.
P.s I love cats and the hostel cat Rico was so friendly and also completely unbothered by the people.
When I stayed in a dorm, the mattress was uncomfortably thin and the pill was also thin. When I upgraded to the private room, I have no complaints.

Alexandr was a fantastic host- He handmade everyone breakfast, the water pressure of the showers were excellent, good location to the main city, not too close, not too far.
The mattress and the pillow had had a long life.

Good service, good value for money.
It's quite a basic hostel, allthough it has some quirky interior details which makes it a bit more exciting.
