The place was very cozy, safe, clean, and modern. There's a convenience store right behind the building and the restaurant in front of the property had delicious food. The Cloud9 Team was very attentive and communicative on the info we needed to know beforehand while remaining polite and professional. We requested the free airport transfer service; the driver was kind, quick, and helpful. Overall, staying here was very convenient, especially for an early flight!

Location was great since I like to feel secure about getting to the airport without traffic problems. I did not hear other guests at all. Since it was by the airport I could hear the planes but it wasn't constant.
I doubt there was more you could do to make the stay better. It was a quick stay of convenience for me.
I am confused as to why you or the site has David as the guest when it wasn't David.

We enjoyed a lot our staying in Cloud9 Airport Rooms, the hospitality of the staff was remarkable, always ready to answer our questions. The room was big, clean and very well maintained. Overall a great experience. Highly recommend, 10/10
