Property was close to the hospital where my partner had surgery. Very easy to walk there. I felt very secure with door locks and it was very quiet. The bed was very comfortable and kitchen was well stocked with utensils.
Very little to dislike although I would have liked a box of tissues.

Exceptionally clean with all the necessary accessories to cook and enjoy the surrounding. Great location with easy access to the region. Easy self check in and great room size.
Wifi was extremely poor and alarm issues which staff were slow to resolve with firefighters unable to complete thorough check owing to lack of onsight staff or staff availability to assist

Location was great, check in was easy

The location, it was well presented and clean
The photo of the bathroom did not represent what was in our unit. We were placed in a unit with a DDA bathroom
The Wi-Fi was VERY SLOW. We were unable to use any apps without constant buffering
The toilet seat was loose
From the outset, the basin did not drain
When we emailed management, they replied to say the bathroom issues would be attended to after we finished our stay. We responded to say that was unacceptable and only then was the basin and WC repairs were done a few hours later.
On Saturday night the fire alarm went off and we had to evacuate. We believe someone was smoking in their room. When the fire brigade arrived they were unable to get into the building without the ground floor tenant giving them access. I believe this to be illegal
