The location is excellent, 3 min to Royal palace and Plaza Espana. We booked a deluxe studio apartment so we had a bedroom with a super comfy bed, bathroom and a kitchenette, it was more than what we needed. Studio apartment had access to a shared patio with a lot of seating, excellent for a coffee in the morning or drinks in the evening. We also had access to all other shared amenities like industry grade kitchen, laundry room, gym, pool - we barely used it since we spent a lot of time exploring the city, but stil great to know you can use it if needed. Since we stayed 7 days we had 1 cleaning in the middle of our stay, for us it was enough. The receptionists were also super friendly and helpful.

The staff, location and facitities were great.
The only complaint I have is that room, while comfortable, was rather dark, even with the lights on.

Amazing ! The Room was very comfortable. Reception people very nice polite and helpful. Restaurant people very polite again very nice. And the food and service was actually amazing. I did eat from the menu and the food was extremely good. Everything was perfect the area also was very good. And i find the complex very modern even the fourth floor bar restaurant was amazing i really loved everything
