The apartment is located in the middle of Palermo’s Old Town, just a short walk to the Cathedral and other major tourist sights. The apartment is in the rear of the building and, despite the busy urban environment, is very quiet. It is just 1 minute walk from a secure car park. It’s spacious, comfortable and well-furnished. The full-sized kitchen is well-equipped. There is plenty of storage in the bedroom. Our generous host made us feel very welcome, and was extremely helpful. For the price of a one-night stay in a nearby hotel, we had a bedroom and large, separate bathroom, a living room, eat-in kitchen and a balcony! Great value.
There was nothing not to like! It was perfect and perfectly comfortable.

Accommodation is on one of the main streets steps from the Quattro Canti in the old town and all the sights are easily reached by foot.Lots of restaurants/bars nearby.Apartment is spacious,well equipped,snacks/water/ juice/ Prosecco left as welcome gifts which is nice.Plenty hot water,excellent air conditioning,quiet despite central location.Balcony nice spot to have a morning cuppa or wine at night.I was having a solo holiday and felt very comfortable and safe in the building/ apartment.Tv has Netflix available(instructions of how to access your spoken language would be helpful).Entry was remote access code to get into building,very easy.If you have a case use entrance at side/back of building that way you are on one level and can then access lift,coming in from front door requires having to climb too many stairs with a case.Good/easy communication with owners.
Fold down luggage racks for cases would be good and there is adequate space,at moment you have to put case on floor to pack/unpack which involves bending (not ideal especially if like me you have a back problem).In the bathroom there is obvious plumbing available to install a washing machine which would be very useful for guests staying more than a couple of nights.A rack over the shower for holding shampoo etc wd be good,there isn’t one so you need to keep bending down to pick up body wash,shampoo.A towel to dry hands in kitchen(only t towel for dishes is available).

La struttura è situata in una posizione strategica che permette di visitare a piedi il centro storico di Palermo. Accogliente, pulita,dotata di ogni comfort. I gestori sono persone squisite ci hanno dato tutte le informazioni per il check in e sempre presenti. Credo che torneremo la prossima volta.

Great location in the heart of Palermo :) The apartment is quite spacious; it consists of a bedroom and a living room with a sofa, as well as a well-equipped kitchen containing everything needed to prepare meals. Two independent air AC units. Clean and quiet. Highly recommended. Nice welcome gift from the owner :)
