Very nice stay, very good service and helpful gentleman at the desk (Anafi). Very good breakfast and good location for visiting the pyramids (one block from the main entrance) and for the GEM museum (15min taxi)
7 / 10Good·Oct 2026
The location was excellent, with an amazing view of the pyramids. We enjoyed having breakfast on the terrace right outside our room. The room itself was spacious and one of the few we found that could accommodate the three of us (including our young son) in one room.
The pool, one of our main reasons for choosing this property, was freezing cold with a very strong chemical smell.
The hotel requested up front payment for three days' worth of trips and tours as soon as we checked in, which seemed excessive. Moreover, the vehicles provided didn't have seatbelts in the backseats and their drivers were constantly on WhatsApp while navigating the insane Cairo traffic. We probably should have booked with an independent tour guide instead.
The manager gave us some statues and fridge magnets as 'gifts' on our final day, making it clear that these were in exchange for a 10/10 rating. Enough said.

Perfect location
Hanafy went above and beyond to make sure our stay was perfect. Even though we had wrong room Hanafy made sure we had a nice room and make sure our stay was safe and comfortable

The location is incredible, couldn’t be better for the pyramids. The rooms are brand new and nicely done
The rooms had a slightly odd smells and although the staff were nice, we felt they were trying to always get more money from us
