Katie and the team at this hotel were incredible and definitely went out of their way to look after us and make guests feel special and welcome. The resort was very clean, especially in the rooms and bathrooms. The breakfast had a good variety and was served promptly. The hotel was great value in a very walkable location. I would recommend this hotel to others!
A small feedback is that the pool upstairs could use a refresh, especially scrubbing the top two rows of pool tiles that are blackened from city soot. A good scrub with degreaser would have them back to blue in no time! Otherwise everything was spotless and beautiful and this didn’t detract from my enjoyment of staying there.
