Excellent location close to main railway station and old town. Clear efficient communications ahead of arrival and owner representative met at entrance to show us the apartment. Very responsive to minor request during stay.
Wide range of great cafes, bars and restaurants within easy walking distance and close to tram stop to get around Freiburg city.
Light, comfortable and elegant first floor living space and bedrooms/bathroom, sofa bed in lounge also good for our fifth person. Good wifi. Very quiet overnight - although we were there on Sunday and Monday nights. Would definitely return.
Minor comment in that the apartment was initially set up for four people (towels, cups) and we were a family of five - but owners very responsive to our request to re-stock. While there was a Nespresso machine with pods supplied, it would also be useful to have a coffee / tea pot and cafetiere/plunger.

This is a big roomy house in the center. Mr. Tom was helpful, check-in and check-out was smooth. Car park is 15€ per day, could be better but still ok.
I think this is not the place for families because of the beds.
Firstly, beds are very high. This a danger risk for the kids, even for adults.
Bedside space was very small, a phone and a glass of water fitted and that’s it.
Matresses were the one of the least comfortable I’ve ever slept. I woke up 8 times during my sleep and even laying straight is a pain in the back. Finally, why using twin bed? I don't understand it.
