Disappointing

Plenty of space

- Hosts were not responsive - did not reply to emails or messages, when we did get a hold of them via phone they told us they would get back to us but never did. Tried to organise early check in but it seemed too hard for them to organise. - Instructions for key location was inaccurate - Description of bedding in rooms was incorrect – there is no extra bed in any of the bedrooms therefore we did not have enough beds - Smoke alarms had been taken down, no working smoke alarms in property - Not enough bedding or towels - Had to rewash towels as they smelt like cigarettes - Washing was still in the washing machine & dryer when we arrived - Washing machine leaks heavily due to faulty rubber seal - Property could have been cleaned better, especially given we couldn’t check in early due to cleaning - Mould in showers - We did not find the hot tub (advertised), although we did not go looking through the garden due to it being overgrown - Garden was unkept & overgrown, unsafe for children to play in - Ants throughout kitchen, couldn’t leave anything on benches due to this - No basic stuff like washing up liquid - Broken pool cleaner and pool net torn off frame so we couldn’t clean/get debris out of pool - Lack of instructions for appliances (air-con, pool heater) - No replacement gas bottle for BBQ, unable to use oven and had to use fire lighter to ignite stove - Faulty switch in upstairs/master bedroom covered with handwritten note and masking tape - Gate remote not working properly

A big house poorly maintained that tainted our holiday and left poor memories. Unsafe for families.

The size and facilities are good for families

The cleanliness was very poor. We booked this because of the pool but we spent 5 days cleaning it before we could use it. Aspects of the house are simply unsafe and this should not be available for occupation until they are fixed.

Spacious, comfortable, lots to do and enjoy, property owners responsive and very helpful.

Some stains on furniture, broken door to one of the bathrooms.

The house was incredible!! It was huge, really good for large groups like ours. It was a short walk to Coles and some awesome Nepali restaurants, we loved it! The pool and foosball tables were awesome, along with the cinema room and swimming pool. The host was very responsive and extremely helpful with anything that we needed. Overall, it was an amazing stay and we thoroughly enjoyed our time here.
