About this apartment rental

Escape and come and take a break in our family apartment which has seen the whole family grow up:)
Our spacious and bright apartment offers you all the comfort for a rejuvenating stay. Fitted out for year-round living, the apartment includes an entrance hall with an office, a fitted kitchen open to the living room, 2 bedrooms, a recently renovated bathroom, a dressing room for storing suitcases and clothes, separate toilets.
As an extension of the kitchen, we have converted the loggia into a laundry room.
The terrace in front of the dining room extends in front of the living room and the 2 bedrooms.
Equipment:
- kitchen side: a 3-burner hob + 1 electric hob, traditional oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge, freezer
- bedroom side: 2 comfortable beds of 160 cm X 200 cm
- a mobile air conditioner for summer comfort
- a washing machine
- a television
- electric shutters
- Fibre Internet
- an electric awning in front of the living room and living room
- the garage is included in the price of the rental
- playgrounds for children in the residence
The apartment is NON-SMOKING
Animals, even if they are very well-behaved, ARE NOT ALLOWED
In principle, a minimum of 3 nights and weekly rental during the summer holidays, but this remains flexible.
Residence closed by a gate.
Bus n°8 passes in front of the residence. Directions Antibes and Golf-Juan/Vallauris.
By car, Antibes centre, Place de Gaulle 6 minutes away, Juan-les-Pins beaches 10 minutes walk.
Marisa, our concierge service, is at your disposal for linen rental (sheets and towels not provided) and end-of-stay cleaning.
Some ideas for walks: in Antibes, the coastal path and its breathtaking landscapes, the luxurious yachts moored at Port Vauban (Europe's first marina), the star-shaped Fort Carré, the Picasso museum, the jazz festival in Juan, the Provençal market. Not to mention a visit to the perfumeries in Grasse, the Oceanographic Museum of Monaco... And a day in Italy in Ventimiglia and San Remo for shopaholics:)
