Located on the second floor, this coastal retreat features an open-concept living area that’s bright and inviting, with a large sectional for the whole family, vibrant coastal art, and a flat-screen TV. The modern kitchen includes quartz countertops, stainless appliances, and a breakfast bar with stool seating. Gather around the dining table for meals or game nights—this space is designed for comfort, connection, and coastal charm.
The serene primary suite features two queen beds with plush bedding, a smart TV, and tranquil views of the dunes. Thoughtful touches like tufted benches, layered textures, and abstract coastal art create a restful retreat. The private ensuite bathroom includes a double vanity, ample storage, and a full tub/shower combo—perfect for unwinding after a day at the beach.
The second bedroom offers two twins beds, coastal bedding, and ample storage—perfect for teens or couples. The third bedroom features two double beds with charming seaside touches, ideal for kids or friends. Both share a beautifully updated hallway bath with a tub/shower combo and playful ocean-themed décor.

PLEASE NOTE: Guests must be at least 25 years of age to book/check in. Reservations by those under 25 will be canceled.
You’ll receive all check-in information via email, including your access code for the electronic door lock. The access code will be sent on the day of check-in to the email address you provided when booking. When you arrive, please stop by the front office to check in and pick up parking passes for each vehicle. Be prepared to provide the license plate number, make, and model for each vehicle in your group. We’re here to help get you settled in, then we’ll give you space to relax and enjoy your stay. Upon arrival we appreciated the parking with plenty of spaces close to and right up to our unit. The front desk staff was welcoming and informative and made sure to let us know that they were there if we needed anything. The unit was clean and we loved how bright and open it was. I was extremely thankful for the building I picked upon booking as our balcony had a great view of the ocean, we were also right next to the playground and a quick walk to the pool. The pool was also beautiful and well kept with plenty of seating and a container with a few pool toys that my children were able to enjoy. The location of the condominium was also perfect as we were close to restaurants, a grocery store, and plenty of souvenir shops. One more thing to mention is the quiet time of 10pm to 10 am so you can sit on your balcony at night and listen to the waves and wildlife with no loud music or chatter. I would recommend our stay to friends and family and I will definitely be booking again for future family vacations. The best part of my trip was definitely staying at a safe, clean , family friendly spot .

This unit is spacious, bright and clean. This is our second time to come here and we would love to keep coming back! Our family enjoys the access to 11th street and to the beach while still being in a quiet and peaceful setting where the sound of the surf and the frogs put you to sleep. The beach access is just over the dunes but a golfcart ride down 11th is definitely worth it.

Nice but the electric did go off for about 3 or 4 hours. And the water was turned off to the unit 7 minutes before checkout time which was inconvenient because we needed the water at the end to clean up.
