The Savini Garden Apartment is located on the first floor on the south side of the villa, separated from the street by a tall hedge. The apartment was last renovated in 2024; during the renovation, an “open space” concept was implemented with a focus on low energy consumption, creating an architecturally interesting blend of old and new. A gray industrial concrete floor was chosen, which provides a charming contrast to the terracotta-colored brick vaults in the bathroom and the exposed brickwork in the bedroom. The bathroom is housed within the old brick vaults, where you can enjoy a view of the greenery in your own garden while showering. The garden, which is not visible from the outside, features a lawn perfect for sunbathing and a shaded dining area directly beneath a centuries-old pine tree.
