Each of the two apartments accommodates up to 4 people and features two cozy bedrooms with high-quality box-spring beds, built-in closets, and a desk or vanity with a large mirror. The open-concept living-dining area is furnished with a comfortable sleeper sofa and a dining table, inviting you to relax and unwind. The stylish bathroom features a walk-in rain shower.
The fully equipped kitchen leaves nothing to be desired—a dishwasher, oven, induction cooktop, microwave, electric kettle, toaster, refrigerator, washing machine, and a fully automatic coffee machine ensure that you’ll feel right at home. Air conditioning in both bedrooms and the living room ensures comfortable temperatures, while underfloor heating provides additional comfort in the winter. Both apartments feature TVs in the living room and bedroom with German TV channels via Smart TV. Wi-Fi is, of course, available throughout the house.
