Our Kaltenbach-Stumm, featuring vacation apartments for 2–8 people, is situated in a sunny and quiet location right in the center of Stumm. Inns, restaurants, and the supermarket are all in the immediate vicinity. The ski bus stop is only about 50 meters from the building. The ski bus takes just a few minutes to reach the valley station in Kaltenbach, which is about 1 km away.
All vacation apartments are cozy and furnished to suit your vacation needs. They feature a living/sleeping area with a pull-out couch for 2 people, an LED TV, a dining area, a bathroom with a bathtub or shower, and a separate toilet. The kitchenette is equipped with a two-burner stove, a refrigerator, a coffee maker, and dining and cooking utensils. Each apartment also has a balcony.
The common room offers plenty of space to relax and socialize together in the evening. Skis can be stored in the ski cellar, which features an electrically heated ski boot dryer. There is 1 free parking space per vacation apartment directly in front of the building. A parking space in the underground garage can be booked additionally upon request (3 euros per car per day, subject to availability). One dog per apartment is welcome for an additional fee.
Important: The damage deposit of 500 euros per apartment must be paid in advance via bank transfer. Cash payments on site are not accepted!
Check-in is from 4:00 p.m. to 7:00, and check-out is from 12:00 a.m. to 9:00 a.m.
