The fabulous gardens; gory history;comfortable bed;splendid sea view and very friendly staff.
The atmosphere in the restaurant was a tad funereal; ponderous piano plinking slowly and forlornly. The food was fairly plain.

Great location. Garden is nice.
Food was not good for dinner, I would even rate the breakfast as poor. Worst was that dishes were not clean (dirty glasses etc.)
