Excellent location, very close to Kamata Station. The apartment is well equipped overall and, although small, comfortable and functional.
The kitchen is rather basic, with limited equipment for preparing meals. While the apartment is comfortable for a short stay, it might feel a little cramped for two people staying longer than two weeks.

Nice and modern building. The room was clean and the location was convenient.
We appreciated having 7-Eleven right downstairs.
To be able watch Japanese television (地上デジタル) was a big plus for me.
Some cutleries in the kitchen and another item for the bathroom was missing but the host could provide it quick, which we appreciated.
There were umbrellas that guests could borrow.
It would have been good to either have a kitchen towel or a drying rack for the washed dishes.
There was 1 fork, 5 spoons and 2 knives so we asked for more forks since we were 3 people staying on the apartment.
Some of the Japanese text in the instruction book was strange/incorrect. Most likely because the host is not a Japanese national (had a Chinese name).
The green tea bag provided in the room had expired 6 months ago.

"Casual apartment stay in a pretty quiet neighborhood. It is conveniently located right next to a 7/11 and a 5-7 minute walk away from the closest subway station. The host was very attentive and great ..."
