Staff were outstanding, especially breakfast staff.

The rooms were comfortable and the spa facilities were good
When we arrived to our room we didn’t have robes, when we called about them we where told housekeeping were bringing them after 30 minutes we still didn’t have them and when we called again we were told they didn’t have any. One of the rooms we stayed in was full of cobwebs around the window. During breakfast one of the glasses had cracked and had to be given to a staff member before it shattered.

Very good

Scenic and perfect position/locality
Decor considering the cost of the refurbishment demonstrates over the top poor taste adjacent to a premier golfing facility.
The shower in our bathroom was a dribble and the thermostat is defective.
