Very good location: the hotel is 100m far from a metro station, it is not far from Madrid centre, it is not far from Bernabeu stadium (you can go there by foot).
Big & comfortable room.
Sufficient breakfast.
A bit complicated communication with receptionist.
It is not cheap stay there.
Eggs ordering during breakfast is not so flexible/easy process (especially during busy breakfast time).

Very convenient hotel. I was upgraded to a suite. Walking distance to almost everything. Great value for money

Cleaning staff was nice and accommodating. Hotel reception and bar area was nice, and breakfast was good.
Room was too warm, no central air to keep the room cool. I paid for breakfast for 2 nights but each morning at breakfast my name was not on the list and I was told I had to pay -- that was a bit frustrating. Hotel needs more international TV channel options and needs to upgrade infrastructure to provide modern telephone charging adapters, modern furniture etc.
