Beautiful Hobart

Beautiful, comfortable home in the heart of Battery Point. An easy walk to restaurants, pub and the Salamanca Place.

Parking was a bit of a quandary, until we realised there is unlimited parking in sections of Colville Street.

Location is excellent and quiet

Great location with local pub, many coffee options and good restuarants very near. Easy walk to Salamanca a bit of a puff to get back up the hill. We walked everywhere. Accomodation is comfortable with a single room downstairs with ensuite and small lounge room. Upstairs is another 2 largish rooms and bathroom. Kitchen is good too.
