The location is great. I would highly recommend if you want to stay near the commercial area, 5th avenue, beaches, and marts. There is also commercial zone nearby with local prices. It was very secure, I travelled with my family and felt very safe while staying there. They have a key security box if you want to fear losing it while outing. If you are driving learn about the parking ahead of time there are some near by as the parking in front is normally full. There is a 7/11 at the corner which is great for snacks, drinks and daily needs. The area is very safe and you can buy tacos up to midnight right in front.
The night time was a bit concerning as the lights come on around 8 pm Mx time. If you have flash on your phone it’s not a problem but can be dark to see.

Tuvimos una estancia maravillosa aquí. El alojamiento coincidía exactamente con el anuncio: sin sorpresas. La ubicación es ideal, cerca de la Quinta Avenida y de todas las comodidades del centro; además, la playa, la terminal de autobuses ADO y el ferry a Cozumel están muy cerca. La suite era acogedora y cómoda, y el wifi funcionaba bien. El anfitrión fue servicial y atento en todo momento. Sin duda lo recomendaría.

Lo mejor es la ubicación; puedes llegar caminando desde el ADO. Además, está cerca de la playa. La atención es muy buena, te envían la información con anticipación, y todo lo necesario para tu llegada. Está limpio y cuenta con todo lo necesario para una buena estadía. Puedes descansar ya que no hay ruido de la calle.
Si van a reservar, solo consideren que las fotografías están editadas con IA o son renders, para que no se sorprendan. En la llegada, sí se veía como un hotel viejo, los escalones a los cuartos del segundo piso estaban un poco altos y algo disparejos. Como llevábamos varias maletas, se complicaba subir, para que consideren la solicitud de estar en planta baja si es el mismo caso. La terraza en el área común se veía un poco descuidada, pero no la íbamos a utilizar ya que solo llegábamos a dormir, entonces no había problema.
*** Comparto una fotografía de la puerta del baño, ya que fue lo incómodo para mí, siendo una habitación para 4 personas. Ya que sí se alcanzaba a ver la silueta principalmente con la luz encendida. Lo solucionamos colgando una toalla con un gancho que tríamos, para tapar.
