Must must see attractions!! Great location lots to see & do

Location Internet Tv with apps Collection of games and films for kids On site activities “guy” the man that runs them is fantastic at engaging with the children and teaching them new skills and hobbies Sunsets on the beach are a must do The sand bank bakery is must visit 🤩🤩every year 😂 And if u drive Angel Bay beautiful spot to nature watch an see seals 🫠 Short distance to knightlys fare, tir prince fare & market (on wed, fri sat & sun & bank hol Mondays, Asda , Aldi, B&M Rhyl town

Unfortunately u can’t park next to van but the lay buy is opposite really so wasn’t the worst Do not waste money at the sc2 park in Rhyl if you have children of mixed ages this was the biggest disappointment of my holiday & children’s

Issues with heating, cleanliness, and facilities

Well kept caravan park, nice location, would be lovely in summer.

We ended up staying both nights only because we had nowhere else to go, despite the accommodation being unsuitable and unsafe in winter conditions. No refund or alternative was offered. On arrival, one bedroom had an overwhelming smell similar to a rotting dirty nappy. The bedding was dirty and stained, with what appeared to be faecal matter on a blanket. A hot water bottle had been left filled with old stagnant water, and none of the spare bedding was clean or usable. On mentioning it to the owner straight away they said they were aware of the smell and it was an old caravan that could do with a full refurb. The caravan was extremely cold. Overnight temperatures were around 2°C, with a “feels like” temperature of approximately -7°C. The caravan could not be adequately heated. When we tried to use the heaters provided, the electricity tripped, leaving us without heat or power for over an hour. We were then told only one heater could be used as the system could not cope. Even with the gas fire on, we could see our breath inside the caravan. Due to the lack of heat and usable bedding, I had to sleep with my five children fully clothed in coats, huddled together. I was told to use a knife to access the electric to turn it back on every time the electric tripped. As a lone female, I did not feel safe accessing an external electrical box clearly marked with danger warnings. The kitchen was also unhygienic. Cutlery, pots, and pans were visibly dirty and had not been properly cleaned. The listing advertises access to an indoor pool, however onsite security confirmed that all facilities were closed, with only the pub open. This was misleading. I messaged the owner after the first night with these concerns and received no response. Overall, the caravan was unsanitary, inadequately heated, and not maintained or equipped for winter use. A very disappointing and distressing stay, particularly with children.

caravan location near the beach well-equipped kitchen. Clean:)

dripping shower very difficult to wash, no parking space. parking for visitors is available but it was full and short walk from the caravan.If you arrive by car, I recommend arriving before 2pm
