VERY disappointing
It has 4 bedrooms
This was by far one of the worst places we have ever stayed in. The property looks like it was renovated as cheaply as possible, with painted tiles and cheap decorative stickers instead of proper repairs.
The air conditioning is badly designed. There is only one unit in the living room, so to make the bedrooms bearable, the living room has to be freezing. Installing it in the hallway would have solved this, but it feels like they simply chose the cheapest option. To make matters worse, the windows have no mosquito screens, so opening them at night isn't a realistic alternative. The window shutters/blinds were also broken and couldn't be used properly.
The electrical system is also questionable. One power outlet burned out during our stay and another one never worked at all.
Almost every piece of furniture is damaged. Doors barely open, cabinets squeak, our wardrobe had mold on the back, and even the two wall clocks don't keep the correct time. These are small things individually, but together they show a complete lack of maintenance.
The apartment wasn't properly cleaned before our arrival. We had to wash the dishes ourselves before using them, and the kitchen is equipped with a random collection of mismatched plates. The thresholds throughout the house were horribly patched together, ugly to look at, and visibly trapped dirt and grime. There was accumulated dirt around the oven and underneath the beds, and even the cleaning equipment was broken, including a cracked dustpan. These are not issues that can be blamed on age or wear—they are simply signs of poor maintenance and a lack of basic attention to cleanliness.
The mattresses are cheap, worn out and extremely uncomfortable. The wardrobes have almost no usable storage space—only a few hangers and no shelves. The bedside "reading lamps" are actually cheap battery-powered decorative lights, and some didn't even have batteries.
