House is stunning, beautiful throughout, gorgeous fixtures and fittings. Cinema room was amazing, (apart from 1 of the recliners didn't work) Pool table great. Hot tub clean and really nice, all these things are the reason we booked this house, and we was not disappointed. We had a couple of minor negatives, but would not stop us from returning, definitely recommend this stay. Had a lovely walk around Rye, not far to drive.
We asked for a twin room to be made up, this was not done, so did it ourselves, but was asked to return it to a double :(
Also no toilet roll, I don't know if this was an oversight, but luckily and also a good point, there is a shop across the road.

Beautiful home, very sleek and modern with plenty of space and had everything we needed.
Definitely a luxury place with hot tub, pool table and cinema room!
Tea room a stone throw away was delicious!
Small snags.
As others have said only 4 chairs at dinning table, we are a family of 6, so 2 had to eat the breakfast bar.
One of the cinema chair controls was broken.
On the second day the WiFi kept dropping out but was resolved quickly when contacting for help.
Fridge was a little temperamental seemed to keep turning off.
Hooks outside for towels when using the hot tub would
be good!

We hebben een fantastisch verblijf gehad. Het huisje was superschoon, luxe en erg comfortabel. Wij hebben echt allemaal genoten van al het entertainment dat het huisje te bieden heeft. Er is een supermarktje aan de overkant en een pub waar je heerlijk kunt eten iets verderop in de straat. Het verblijf ligt centraal voor uitstapjes naar, Dover, Canterbury, Hastings en Londen.
De eettafel was maar geschikt voor 4 personen en het huis is voor 6. Dus met het ontbijt moesten er 2 aan de bar en met spelletjes spelen was het ook onhandig.
