Superbly clean, tidy, spotless, and the atmosphere was very quiet (not horror at all, in case you are thinking about ghosts). Breakfast was served right on time (as requested). A truly satisfying place to stay, whether you're traveling solo or as a couple. It feels like a high-end kos-kosan. The bathroom was spacious and clean, with reliable hot water available. Exceptional!
Wi-Fi can sometimes be a little slow (not too slow, though; I managed a Zoom meeting and it went well, but it might not be fast enough if you're trying to download a 20 GB movie file from an obscure Twitter cinephile). A router upstairs might be necessary.
