J'ai aimé l'emplacement la possibilité d'avoir du parking et le magasin d'alimentation qui est juste en dessous et l'arrêt de bus et la gare sont vraiment très proches et permettre de rentrer dans gel assez facilement et du circuler à pied à volonté
Le problème que nous avons vu ce sont les voisins du haut qui était très bruyant mais ça n'a pas duré très longtemps

Sehr schöne eingerichtete Wohnung, großflächig, modern und sauber. Ist wie auf den Bildern. Liegt verkehrsgünstig, allerdings direkt an einer Bundesstraße (strato statale) die Fenster sind aber lärmdicht und hintenraus ist kein Lärm. Auf der Straßenseite hat man einen Blick zum Hafen.. auf der Rückseite auf die Berge und einen Parkplatz und den Stadtteil. Man kann gut vor dem Haus halten um zu entladen. Parkplätze sind die Straße entlang. Weiter hinten hat es einen großen Parkplatz am Bahnhof Pra', hier kann man super parken und umsonst. Ca. 10min zu Fuß entfernt, in der Nähe des Stadteilzentrums mit paar kleinen Läden und Eisdiele. Die Wohnung ist in der 3. Etage ohne Aufzug. Die Schlüsselübergabe war total unkompliziert und zeitlich sehr flexibel möglich. Ins Stadtzentrum nach Genua bzw. an den Porto antico sind es 30 Autominuten.
